There are many projects either implementation or support/enhancement. The HR are worst. Feels like boss. Seniors are only supporting till the project as the pressure might be on them if the person resigns. Once the project is over no one cares. The HR feels that the package given is industry standard and it is the highest of all 🤣🤣. During early stages of career it’s good to join but don’t expect high salary and support from management.

Trinamix is great place to work, worked with Trinamix for 3.5 years and never regretted.
People are good and work life balance is good too.

Pathetic company. Management is concerned with exploitation of Employees. You will be deployed on multiple project without any knowledge of module. Resource Manager will ping you at last moment about your mapping. Hiring without much projects in pipeline. No work life balance. Meetings will be scheduled on Weekends.
Work like donkeys. Management is arrogant . Every person sitting in onshore is director.
