Tri Tech performed the property survey of my home for my purchase. The survey was paid for by the seller. Fast forward four years later, I request a CAD file of the same survey which had already been paid for/performed in the past and come to find out they want me to pay $150 for such document. This is their “company policy.”
They charged me $150 to go through their server and pull up a document that had already been completed…… I guess it’s a quick way to make easy money for them. I can’t see how finding this file and sending it to me could have taken any more than 5 minutes of anyone’s time.
After reading more of their RECENT reviews, it looks like I’m not the first person that thinks this “Policy” is absurd.

Whoever was driving your pickup truck along Sam Houston Tollway this afternoon is an irresponsible driver. You cut me off and you almost hit my car. I have it on dashcam. Your employee’s actions exemplify your company’s culture. Let me know when you want the dashcam footage even though I know you won’t do a thing.
