I’ve had three phone calls from Tristaff in the last 2 weeks and all the recruiting agents asked me the same questions. I had told the second and third people who called me that I had already given my information to the first person and the second lady told me she would “add notes” to my profile. The third lady who called me didn’t even bother taking responsibility or apologize for the lack of communication between her department all she said after I told her that I had already spoken to someone was “okay I’ll take you off of our call list” what a poor quality, unprofessional attitude. I would never want to do business with this company in any way. Worst staff in the county of San Diego.

I was waiting over a month for a job that was supposed to be 40 hours a week. I was very clear that I needed the hours! Sharon confirmed over a month ago that this was going to be a guaranteed full-time position. In between the time she booked me for the job I continually called her to confirm that the job was still go to happen and if there was any other available opportunities because I’m hurting trying to survive during this pandemic, even though I seen plenty of job opportunities tristaff was listing, she always told me NO! A week before I was to start that job, i received an email from her that i would be working only 3 days a week for a few weeks BUT after the first day, i would have to wait for a call back to see when the next day i would be working!!!???? WAIT! What happened to the 40hrs? What do you mean, wait for a phone call to come back to work?! I called her and let her know that I needed 40hrs! I need to work!!! I told her I can’t do that but she did not hear that part i guess and when I called another recruiter that posted a job i was more than qualified for , Sharon interrupted that call and would not let me speak to carrianna , and asked me why am I even calling tristaff, you did not show up to your assignment! I have the email specifically stating i need a full-time job not 3 days and sit home and wait for my call type of job! There are so many of us that are struggling to feed our families and these recruiters have the capability to give us work! You get people like this that could careless whether your children eat or not! Thank you tristaff, for absolutely nothing!

It was troubling that to prepare for the personal interview, this company asks you to fill out a long form of personal information and job history. Yet upon starting the interview, the rep. has no access to this information and instead inquires as to how you believe your skills will be a good fit for their clients. Staff was friendly, but their services were overall time-consuming and unhelpful. Would recommend looking elsewhere for a more job-seeker focused placement service.
