I’ve had an amazing experience working for TriSource so far! A lot of times when working for other companies/agencies their top priorities is providing top customer/consumer experience but they don’t always prioritize the employees too. With TriSource I met the perfect match in employee and consumer experience! They understand that a happy employee is a happy worker therefore providing their employees/consumers with the best care possible. At TriSource they work hard on being understanding and flexible with scheduling, whenever I had an issue of some sort Celeste was on top of it and made sure to make me feel heard and resolve it as quickly as possible. I would say they’re very understanding and accessible to communicate with. By far the best healthcare agency and supervisor I’ve worked with. Overall, they have very understanding and easy staff to work with highly recommend working with TriSource!

I was contracted through TriSource. I was told that the job that they placed me with would keep me once the contract ended, they did not. Then tax time came and I never received my w2 via postal mail. I emailed them twice, Valerie told me that that have no control over the mail. It’s been 3 months still no hard copy of my w2 via mail. Only God knows where my mail is. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Amergis is far more professional.
