I was looking to rejoin the workplace after raising my kids, but was not having any luck because I didn’t have a job for 6 years. I applied for an admin position and the recruiter who called me (George) was very understanding and professional. He gave me some great resume advice, and even though the job was only for a few weeks, it helped me by putting some professional experience on my CV and I landed a full-time job as a receptionist. 5 stars!

I was called back about a job i had applied to January 25. I was given registration info and training to complete online after i expressed interest in the job and was told depending on the employer i would start the following week or the week after. After very little follow up from Laura, who i had been speaking to from this agency (unless i emailed and inquired)… i was called back March 1st stating the employer was ready for me to start the following week and asked if i was still interested and i confirmed i was. …all that all i needed to do was a criminal background check. I completed that the same night and called the next day to find out more information for the following monday and was told the employer had changed the screening (Laura was incredibly hard to understand over the phone) and that i would not be starting monday as promised. Had i made the planned arrangements during that week i would have been without pay for a week thinking i was starting a job as told. She said she would send a follow up email detailing why which i am still waiting for till now. Horrible communication, horrible experience very unprofessional and zero compassion for any potential situation i could have been facing. Hopefully if you decide to register, your experience is better than mine because this was a complete waste of my time.
