I don’t think that I can describe how unhappy I am with their services. At the same time, they don’t want to do their job and they don’t know how to do it. If you have any choice other than Trenkwalder, consider yourself lucky and take the other option.

I know several recruiters and branch managers personally. They do their work conscientiously. They try to meet the customer’s expectations.

When I worked for them, approx. they kicked out their employees like an assembly line, even during their probationary period – often with very lame reasons. If they didn’t like something, instead of sitting down to discuss things with the employee, they fired the person immediately and without warning. I have seen so many cases like this in their office. In order to save on salary costs, quite a few employees from rehab were employed, and I remember that e.g. one such lady in her 50s was sent away in the last days of her probationary period because she was “not fast enough”. Yes…it can be around 50, the pace of work is not the same as when you were 20. They had many similar stories.. Incorrect company, I do not recommend it to anyone.
