Human? Not really, you can’t be sick if you’re employed by this company, because then you’ll be fired from one day to the next. No matter how good an employee you are. It’s best to go to work with a fever. This company doesn’t really care and then they come back to you with some kind of absenteeism that isn’t even true. Earnings? Well, other rental companies pay more for the same work. (Unfortunately I only found out afterwards) All in all, if you are looking for a company that responds humanely to someone, then it’s better to apply somewhere else.

Actually -10 points would be realistic!
I can only recommend everyone to stay away from this company!! As others have already written here – absolutely employee-unfriendly! Social benefits -Please read the contract carefully!- more adapted to third world countries! At Trenkwalder, the employee is treated like a Wisvhmob, the wages are affordable for people who spend the night in a train station toilet (do not have to pay rent), and then the pay slips are more than questionable!!! Sorry, but please do something good for yourself and look for an employer who is a little more “humane” because things for employees here are more like animals in a zoo!!
