After each round of interviews I was emailed a very detailed summary of the next steps along with constant follow ups afterwards checking how I was doing. Shanna was very helpful my first week and was always checking in with me to make sure I was settling in well. Shanna is always a text away and graciously helped me after-hours when I had a payroll question.
