Working with Taylor has been amazing! When the first position we applied for didn’t work out, she went above and beyond and had another job offer for me within a week! I’ve been in my new position for almost 3 weeks now and Taylor has still been the best recruiter, checking in to see how things are going and making sure I’m good in my new role. When Taylor wasn’t available, Renee provided amazing customer service as well! Any issues I have are always taken care of and solved right away! I can honestly say TRC Talent Solutions is the best staffing agency I have ever worked with!

Renee has been the best recruiter I have worked with during my career search! Unfortunately, I had accepted another position but didn’t feel like I was letting Renee down. She wished me well and good luck on my new adventure. She was always on top of things and responded in quick manner to any questions that I had! So I went to TRC Staffing which is located 1511 Sunny Drive suite 304 in Raleigh three times and no one was in the office. Mind you I went there during the workday around 9 to 10 AM. I also called several times and no one answer the phone. The phone always go directly to voicemail and when you leave a message, no one returns to call. Why have job leads on your website and no one‘s there in your office or to answer the phone?
Who is the manager for the TRC staffing site in Raleigh? This is piss poor service.
