I had the opportunity to work with Nitten when he conducted a webinar on Mindfulness for Intercultural trainers. The session was informative, engaging and left a profound impact on all who participated. I think what was most refreshing, was his willingness to share his own journey in a way that was authentic and vulnerable. Sometimes sessions on subjects like this can feel a bit “preachy” but Nitten’s style is warm and inclusive. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Exceptional!!!
The amount of knowledge and experience Nitten can draw from, including scientific research and his personal journey makes mindfulness easier to understand and he’s able to explain it in the most relatable way to a wide variety of people.
Being a commendable mindfulness trainer, his teaching, which is borne out of life experience, has a delightful quality of being clear and accessible whilst being delivered with warmth and humour. He is a gifted communicator with a calm and reassuring presence who has helped and helping many people through his work.
