Unfortunately, my experience with Trandon Associates (BRANDON) was disappointing. The communication throughout the process was inconsistent and unprofessional. After being contacted for potential opportunities and participating in the initial stages, I received little to no follow-up. Despite assurances that I would be kept in the loop, I was left without updates regarding interview outcomes or next steps. A recruiting firm should prioritize clear and timely communication with candidates, and that was not my experience here.

This recruitment company doesn’t help you land a job at all. All they want is to get paid for recommending you as a “potential candidate”. I’ve done interviews with employers that seem uninterested to even conduct an interview.
The recruiters get you an interview, then ghost you. Stay away and hold on to faith during these difficult times at getting hired.

By far the worst recruiters, worked with Traci on 3 interviews, 2 out of the 3 were not for active positions and after the 3rd job interview, she fell off the face of the earth. There was zero follow up on her end. Completely unprofessional and awful customer service. My suggestion would be for anyone looking for a job, do not work with Trandon Associates or Traci. This place needs to be shut down. If I could give zero stars, I would.
