I cannot recommend this man enough. When I first met Tyler I was effectively broken. I couldn’t squat at all due to a persistent injury from when I was young, that had been worsened by years of powerlifting style training. I also had extreme shoulder pain and mobility issues due to several hard falls I’d taken the previous year. The initial consult was a little over an hour, where Tyler was able to tell me much of what numerous X-Rays and MRI’s had already said with just a few basic tests. Once he’d identified the problem areas, he explained what the source of my pain was, and also how to fix it. He gave me several very easy exercises to perform alongside my normal workout routine, and helped ensure that I was utilizing them correctly. Less than 2 months later Tyler had me squatting and benching again, which was something I’d been unable to do for the better part of a year. I cannot thank him enough for the work he put into my physical health, and the wealth of knowledge he was able to provide to get me training properly (and pain free) again.
