I have been desperately seeking employment for a long time. I am 41 yrs old with a college degree and finding sustainable work has proved to be a very challenging feat. I worked for Trades Max not as a temp. Should have been temp as long as I worked. Cannot please the owner no matter what one does. Come into the office on your day off and get treat like you are only a number. it’s hard to learn a business when the branch mgr is only in the office 1 or 2 days a week. was not her fault. the owner is always cutting salary to meet his bottom line expectation. Never recommend this company to work for.
