Have worked with TLC on two different occasions now and have had a great experience. If you are looking for flexible construction work with a low bar of entry that has competitive pay these guys are great. Very stress free to join and leave the company if you find something more permanent as well. They’re very receptive to working with employees to help with any issues that come up

I am very new to the experience of temp labour and the trades and I have to say that on my first attempt I seem to have found the godsend of Temp agencies in TLC!!
Sukh and Jack and all the gang, (literally if I could name everyone there I would) have made me feel seen and appreciated and have honestly been the friendliest of faces in an otherwise very scary time for me.
Seeing the rapport that all of the workers have with the staff at TLC tells me that I am not an exception to the rule. The interactions across the board are so warm and friendly it really makes me feel proud to be associated with them!
I have heard through the grapevine that they’re the highest paying temp agency around as well and that is always a good thing!!
