Ghosted twice.
Got an unsolicited call from Shania at TPD out of the blue in 2023. She said she saw my resume and wanted to know if I’d be interested in a position. We had two conversations where she said she would get back to me on scheduling an interview… then not a peep. Fast forward to 2025. I get a message from Clodagh at TPD, again saying I’m a match for a position, would I be interested. Sure. I then met with Scarlett. She was very thorough and efficient. She confirms the following week an interview with client employer. On the day of, an hour before the scheduled interview, she calls to tell me her client’s hiring person is sick.
She apologizes profusely and says she’ll keep in touch with updates. It’s now been over 3 weeks and again, not a peep.
Not impressed with TPD’s lack of followup and her client employer’s total disregard for common courtesy and respect for other people’s time. Utterly unprofessional.
