It’s really too annoying, I’m dissatisfied, they advertise that they need personnel for work, they set the date and time, you go to the interview, they make you a “good job offer”, they give you the 3-hour training, they even sign contracts and they tell you that you must buy the uniform as soon as possible and they never call you, after 15 days I wrote to the psychologist who did the evaluation to ask her what had happened. This was her response “What a pity for you, we have to keep in mind that when it comes to contracting we said that initially for shifts. At the moment we DO NOT have a schedule that is why it has not been called for the respective shifts.” When they never told you that on the day of the interview and to date they never called, it really is a lack of respect, they waste your time and your money, why thinking that they were serious and responsible people, I bought the uniform and they never called me

To be honest, everything has changed a lot since the programming girls changed, everything changes. If you study and you can’t, one day they take it against you and don’t call you. I had been with this company since 2021. It was good, they always made payments, but now they call you whenever they want, they don’t answer, they don’t send to check the shifts you did and they are not clear with the information about whether you are scheduled or not, you are always going to be the bad guy.
