I have never used a temp agency before. I’ve always been the Type of person to acquire work on my own, but this Winter I was really in a tough spot and I really had no idea what I was going to do. I needed a temporary position ASAP and I had the pleasure of working with Chloe Knupp. She was a new employee at tops, yet handled my situation and needs like a pro. She was so helpful, polite, and she worked effortlessly to find me a job that met all my needs in the time frame I needed it. It felt like I was dealing with a friend or family member. I’m grateful for TOPS staffing and all their hard work. Thanks Chloe, I couldn’t be more thankful to you for all your help. I’m so excited to start working on Monday!

Somebody has been calling me from this office FOR YEARS, talking about Zoll. The timing of these calls ALWAYS happened when I got another job, and I even had an incident where one of their Temps was on an assignment with me and I was being “offered” something they were selling as one of their premier clients, then the next day my assignment I was on WITH ANOTHER AGENCY was ended. In other words, I got botched by an agency I didn’t even work for.
Has anyone else had this happen?
Also, I did have a phone call with the Attorney General office of Pittsburgh after this occured, and I’d be happy to do more than that if I ever do so find a compelling need…
