Very rude behaviour and talks vulgar when it comes to pay for the product. The owner Ramesh Saini is the most disrespectful person. Never recommend anyone innocent who’ll put their money in the belief of this company but in return they’ll get ignorant behaviour and tolerance when it comes to pay for services. Shame on you.

Disgusting behaviour from the customer executive and utterly disgusting staffs.
Also, where as you said it is not the liability of your customer executive to wait for the answer of the question asked and just random comment on whatever she wants too, it is also not your liability or right to question and laugh at someone’s education and attitude, if you are not okay with the conversation hang up and keep your opinions to yourself rather than commenting and disconnecting the call
