I recently used Top Tier Concierge for finding entertainment for my holiday party and they did an outstanding job. The team took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and provided a variety of options to choose from. They went above and beyond to make sure that the entertainment was a perfect fit for the event. The booking process was seamless and the performers were truly outstanding, adding an extra level of excitement and energy to the party. We used Top-tier to coordinate a business lunch for a client and they did an amazing job. The team was able to secure a reservation at a highly sought after restaurant, and made all of the necessary arrangements for a successful lunch meeting. The level of professionalism displayed by the Top Tier Concierge team was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of, from the menu selection to the seating arrangements.
