I strongly do not recommend this agency. If you’re new and considering starting your journey with them, please read my review for your own benefit. I worked for this agency for just one day before leaving. They asked about my availability, and I told them I was free from Monday to Thursday, expecting they would offer me a job on one of those days. However, they didn’t offer me any work, so I had to find another job to pay my bills. When I did, they called me and criticized me for not being available, not considering that I couldn’t wait around for their call all day. Additionally, they failed to mention the issue of TROLL from the beginning. I ended up dealing with TROLL that day, and the company I worked for instructed me to request payment from the agency, which the agency could then claim back from us. The agency made unreasonable excuses, claiming I took a shorter route, despite the fact that I work on an hourly basis and would have had no incentive to take a shorter route. Furthermore, I told them I was earning £14 per hour elsewhere, but they only paid me £12 and deducted money for breaks, which they never mentioned in our initial meeting.

Can’t fault this firm in any way! They matched me up with a great client who after 3 months have offered me a permanent position with themselves. The staff at Tomlin are wonderful and with 20 yrs driving under my belt, my experiences have not always been so positive with agencies, but I can 100 percent say these guys are the real deal . Truly the benchmark for how an employment agency should be run. 100 percent recommend these guys whether youre looking for a few extra hours or a full blown career!!!!!!
