Missed our green light completely because your driver was in the middle of the road blocking every single car. No decency what so ever. Especially during peak hour at one of the busiest intersection going into the M4. Pathetic

I had the most disappointing experience with this agency. I was informed to start a job on a Monday, so I resigned from my previous position in good faith. However, upon arriving at the site, I was informed that my services were not required. Despite making numerous attempts to contact my assigned handler, Abbas, I was completely ignored.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the agency’s integrity and reliability, If it were possible, I would rate this agency zero or even negative for such a distressing ordeal.

They offered me AM shift which suited me just fine, then at the last minute, they changed me to afternoon shift, which I hate. My first pay was only for 8 hours, when I had worked 36. Then after being rostered and confirmed for 5 days work, they send a message on the day of saying “Due to low volume, we have placed you on standby for today”. Heartless terrible people.
