This place was a complete waste of time. I sought out testing for a condition that should have been pretty straightforward but the whole process is STILL ongoing, 9 months later as i still do not have my test results. I saw a provider two times, one for an intake and the other for the testing. My intake appointment was in November and I finally was able to get testing in May after insurance issues (which were not their fault), a wait list, and my date for testing being cancelled on their end less than an hour before the appointment after waiting 6 months. My testing session finally happened and after waiting another month and a half for the results, the condition I went in for testing for was ruled out. Instead, I got diagnosed with something completely unexpected but needed meds for. I assumed I would be getting treatment there, but surprise, they’re full. So I went elsewhere and requested my records be transferred so I can get treatment. After waiting nearly two more months, my new provider still didn’t receive the records so I called AGAIN. (First couple times I spoke with the office and the provider, third time I went directly to the records department) The records department said my request for records was cancelled by me. It absolutely was not. They finally received my records but I still have not gotten my test results sent to me as stated. I was also supposed to get a list for suggested therapies for my diagnoses but I don’t have that either. Not only that, but my new provider is confused why the condition I sought testing for was dismissed and is not convinced that I don’t have it. So now I am back at square one with a different provider and probably have to be tested again per their policy. This whole experience was so chaotic and disorganized I would give 0 stars if I could.

My therapist is excellent ! We are on the same page. She oversees my journey with her sensitivity, insight, and caring. She helps me with my battles by offering ideas for resolving issues. She really listens to what I am saying. I have only had 2 visits with Kelsie, but we really click.

This place is really bad. The organization as a whole is poorly managed, disorganized, and confused. I set up my first appointment to explore gene sight testing, psychiatric medicine, and therapy. It’s been weeks and weeks and despite the provider ordering the gene sight test, no one seems to know anything about it. I’ve had to call 4 times now and everyone is confused. Despite this, I continued on to try my first therapy appointment today. I arrived plenty early and with a couple people already waiting in line to check in at the front desk, I stood in line and waited 15 mins before I finally gave up. No one showed up at the front desk! It was now eating into my therapy appointment time and still not one person shows up. Some random nurses and staff would peak their head out but no one said anything. I realized at that moment how bad this place is and decided to walk away.
