I think it kind of insane that the recruiters themselves have no idea what to look for. I was called by a recruiter for an engineer role on 3 seperate occasions and everytime the people who call me say that im “not qualified because of experience”. If your recruiter cant understand (at the very least) that only an administrator or engineer would provide technical and in-depth answers for an administrator or engineer role, why are they the ones receiving applications? Doing this from a burner so i can troll when called in the future. Waste my time, i waste yours.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Total waste of my time and make the 30 minute drive there. They are the ones that contacted me, saying they had a position. I spent two hours up there talking to a recruiter, who might I add, was late to our appointment. I had to wait. Anyway, spent all this time on and with them to never hear from them again. Their company is a joke if you’re seeking assistance with finding employment. Wish somebody would’ve warned me.

Was let go from a job and was harassed by the recruiter to give them a contact from the job I was just let go from – spoke with that manager and he was furious that Titan was even calling and left me a bad review. Titan could no longer “work with me” and refused to help in a job search. Called back today (months later) and still being refused and said that my previous manager could call back and recant his statement, but other than that wouldn’t help. The previous manager also said that he was harassed with questions about my performance, etc… when he wasn’t comfortable with the situation at all since I had been let go that morning, and it was a sensitive topic. He said that he explained this multiple times and the recruiter pressed anyways with more questions. Will NOT ever refer people to Titan Management in the future – terrible recruiting company to work with, or even reach out to.
