The Quincy isn’t just an apartment complex — it’s the pinnacle of luxury living in downtown Austin. And at the heart of it all is the GOAT herself, Kimberly 🐐 the greatest general manager to ever do it. Her leadership, warmth, and commitment to excellence are unmatched. She’s not just running a building; she’s creating a community — one where every resident feels valued, heard, and genuinely taken care of. From day one, the entire management team has gone above and beyond. Whether it was handling small maintenance hiccups or helping coordinate accommodations during travel, they’ve been on it. Fast, respectful, professional, and always with a smile. It’s rare to find a team that’s this dialed-in ☎️ and it’s all a reflection of Kimberly’s top-tier leadership ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The building itself? Absolute chef’s kiss 👨‍🍳💋. From the sleek, modern design to the resort-style amenities, everything is thoughtfully crafted and maintained to perfection. It’s the kind of place you walk into and immediately think: “Yeah… this is home.” Every dollar you spend here is worth it — you’re not just paying for a place to live, you’re investing in a lifestyle. In my opinion, this is the best apartment complex in all of downtown Austin. Period. Biggest shoutout to Kimberly for paving the way, setting the standard, and making sure everything runs like clockwork. Because of her, The Quincy isn’t just a building — it’s the gold standard. If you’re thinking about living downtown, don’t even waste your time touring 10 other places. The Quincy is the one 🏆

I’m not a tenant, but I visited The Quincy, and went through the application process, and I really liked the building and staff. The apartment design of the 1BR apartments is very well thought out, and the fixtures, cabinets and shelves all seem good quality. I walked at a casual pace from the front entrance to Lady Bird Park. It took about 8 minutes, so the location is great. Also, when I saw tenants walking in and out of the building, I made sure to ask them how they like living there. Of the three people I asked, all gave a positive response. There are amenities and parking fees, so when you look at the prices of the apartment, be sure to factor the fees into your budget. Also, the floor plans on the website don’t show dimensions. That would be a useful thing to add for prospective tenants who are trying to plan. The bedrooms, I believe, have triple paned glass (at least in the floor plan I toured), which seems like a good idea for apartments facing Rainey Street. After visiting a handful of luxury apartments in Downtown, I thought The Quincy had the best gym. It felt spacious and had lot of machines and free weights. The amenities in general are very nice. The leasing folks are very professional. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Holly Hankins was an absolute pleasure to work with.

I had to share my experience—this place is beautiful, but the customer service is what really sold me. The leasing team was so helpful every time I visited, and my leasing agent Lenisha made the whole process feel easy. I’m moving from across the state and ordered over 50 packages. When I stopped by to tour my unit, the concierge had already placed everything inside my apartment without me even asking. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare! I’m so thankful and excited to be a new Quincy resident!
