It’s a bit of a sketchy location, overall good food and good drinks. The service could definitely use some work, it was weird they ask if you are celebrating anything special, it was my birthday and the server said “happy birthday” in the most monotone voice iv ever heard, no song, no dessert, nothing. The best thing about this place is the good photo ops! Overall, I’m not sure I’d go back.

Overall I’m glad I ate here, but I would not come back again. The atmosphere is amazing and is in my opinion the only appeal of the establishment. If you are hosting a get together or a party this is a perfect place. There are plenty of photo ops and neat scenery. However, other than that, I don’t see a reason to come here. The food is fine, but not at all worth the price. I tried four dishes and two appetizers personally, and got opinions from my entire party of 18 and can conclude that nothing on the menu stood out as something they would care to eat a second time. The best item I tried and the only thing I could recommend is the Steak Frites. It was prepared well and while slightly overpriced, was an enjoyable experience. Along with that, the drinks are quite pricy outside of happy hour. Aside from the atmosphere and food quality, one thing that must be discussed is the service. The servers outnumbered the parties present throughout the night and it would still be 30 minutes between visits from your server. This improved later in the night so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that there was something happening in the kitchen, but is still something I thought I would warn future diners about. However, the servers were kind and helpful. Just don’t expect to have your order taken within the first hour you are seated. This is without mentioning a ~20% built in gratuity regardless of party size. In the end, I think it was a worthwhile experience, but do not see any reason to return to this restaurant.

I had an amazing experience at XOXO! The drinks were absolutely delicious, with unique flavors and expertly crafted cocktails. The service was top-notch as well—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff really made the atmosphere warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great drinks and excellent service.
