American Dental are most excellent! Oral hygiene is so important and all of the staff here recognize this and are great with explaining their services. My Doctor, Dr. Morgan McCall, is extremely thorough and committed to giving excellent service and making sure we, her patients, are taking good care of our oral hygiene!

Worst dentist ever!! If I could give them a negative I surely would. I can say the same thing for all the dentists that work there but the idiot (I will be referring to his as frank Einstein) that took care of me is nothing less than braindead. I went dare for an extraction of two teeth that were hurting. All mister so call dentist Y wanted to do was extract more teeth to make money. I did not agree with him. During the surgery he decided to proceed with a complete deep cleaning which I was already scheduled for the next week. Not only Mr frank Einstein wanted to do a deep cleaning but he wanted to do both sides of my mouth that same day (mind you i was there for an extraction not deep cleaning ). I fell like that decision was abrupt While extracting one my tooth frank Einstein decided to pass the tools to his hygienist so she can do it. She was so mesmerized by him ( I felt like they were dating each other but that that’s none of my business)I shook my head to say that I did express my disagreement. Frank Einstein took over and finished the extraction. The tooth that I did not want him to extract for some reason couldn’t’ get numbed. I informed frank Einstein and he was getting irritated. At one point he decided to force my tooth out, I pushed him and got off the chair . Frank Einstein yelled at me in these words ” I can no longer be your doctor “. He then realized that he was being ridiculous and not professional a all. He calmed down and asked me if I still have the antibiotic that he first prescribed on my first visit the week before? I nodded yes. I was mad at myself because my mouth was bloody and all numbed up . I could not utter a word. I walked out of the clinic and went home. one of my frontal tooth was half in half out. The next day I called them and asked to be refunded the difference. I also asked to have a talk with the clinic owner. I was told they were going to call be during the following week. They didn’t ! Now I got to find another dentist to finish the job they could not do. What I want you all to get this from this review is to be careful when going there. the dentist that took care of me was more interested in extracting more teeth out of my mouth than actually helping. Also I have insurance for my job. One detail I forgot to mention, When I was on the table having that surgery, one of the girl at the reception came in the room and said ” the doctor want to do your deep cleaning today , can you pay for that today?” I am ready to provide all evidence to support what I am saying .if needed I can also provide the doctor’s name. One more thing They are not BBB accredited . Updates I requested a copy of my xrays and about 2 weeks later a some lady called Katrina sent me an email that was supposed to expire in a week. I insisted on that I needed xrays that I can download and keep for my own records. They have not replied back yet . I will be posting an update if things change .They are just mad that I exposed them online
