Worst treatment at the office #305 The receptionist was very rude. Would not give me her name and would not tell me what the sweets were. There is also another gentleman. They were very aggressive and I would not recommend. They are going back in the office right now.To actually they cause an issue.I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life.Avoid at all costs

My husband had an appointment here yesterday morning with the pulmonary associates and they were fast, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to care for their lungs.

The staff here are always nice but it’s a revolving door. We’ve been through four managers since I signed up. The Regus business model in general is all about Nickle and dimeing you. The walls are thin. I hear every conversation the attorney down the hall has. They won’t allow you to use your own phone number as the out going caller ID even though there phones can do it. So not great for established businesses that want to retain there long established phone numbers. The fax number inexplicably shuts down at 5pm. I have no idea why as I just didn’t want to deal with yet another fight. We ended up paying for another phone service to take care of these problem which destroyed one of the biggest benefits we thought we were getting which was a receptionist answering our calls. Plus the added cost that I thought I had eliminated from my budget. The AC shuts off on Saturday and Sunday because apparently all businesses keep Monday through Friday hours. If you want the AC on you have to pay extra although the quoted price is ridiculously high. IT issues with there system does not get resolved quickly or at all. The last time we had one I had to pay my own IT guys to fix an issue they caused when they moved some cables around and plugged my server into an inactive port. Of course I wasn’t reimbursed and was down three days. The cost and time needed for a move is what has kept me here. But I would not refer anyone to them. The customer service outside the office is horrible.
