I would not recommend anyone working for this company. They have 1 payroll manager processing the payroll for 3 different states and you will be lucky if he pays you on time.
If you have a problem at a school, instead of removing you, they will keep you at that location until the problem cost you your job.
Very unprofessional and communication between yourself and the company will be horrible as they never answer the phone and take forever to reply to emails.

Therapy Source is horrible. The do not pay their workers. They will put invoices/notes in error to delay pay. Then let it run past the billing time and not pay you. You can’t ever reach Human Resources. Very unorganized and demanding but won’t pay their contractors on time or in my case at all.

I was contracted through them to do an OT eval for a homebound kiddo in Ohio. The communication was sloppy throughout and I ended up paying $16 in shipping for an assessment form that didn’t make it in time simply because they did not inform me of how the lending library worked in advance. I also had all sorts of confusing encounters with the school itself as it pertained to the work they wanted me to do. It seems like this company has nice people working there but they don’t seem to have it all the way together yet. I will not be taking any more contract jobs through them again. It was not worth the extra hassle on my end for what they gave on their end.
