My son started OT a year and a half ago & ABA a year ago at CTLC. Prior to finding CTLC my son tried various other therapies with child psychologists which all failed. My son would refuse to engage with and was never able to connect with any of them. His school psychologist recommended we try OT, this is when we found CTLC. Since starting OT and ABA there my son has showed remarkable improvements that we didn’t know would be possible for him to achieve. He has been able to engage and connect with all of the therapists there. After a year and a half he can now go to his room independently for play and everyday tasks such as getting dressed. He can make it through the school day without meltdowns over routine things (including non preferred difficult assignments and social situations). He can even wear types of clothing that he has struggled to wear since he was a toddler. We are now able to function as a family at home and he is able to successfully function at school. We cant wait to see what additional progress he can make towards some of the smaller behaviors we thought could be lifelong. Going to the CTLC has made this all possible and we couldn’t imagine what life would be like if we had not found it.

A wonderful place! We have worked mostly with Tawnya, but also with Jess and Nick. Everyone really cares about our child, who has really grown and developed in ways that I can’t even explain since he started here. The support staff is also caring. Desiree will work with you to help get the best schedule possible for you and your child. I highly recommend Children’s TLC!

We love The Children’s Therapy and Learning Center! We have had three boys do therapy there over the last 10 years. All the therapists we have worked with have been phenomenal. They have speech therapists and occupational therapists, which is really helpful for kids needing both. They have always been very thoughtful in scheduling days and times that work for us. At the end of each session, the therapists thoroughly explain what was worked on during the session. Most importantly, my boys love going to therapy. They make it feel like playing instead of work for my kids. When therapy is such a big part of your and your children’s lives, it really helps when they look forward to going instead of having to fight them to go.
