Highly recommend The Agency! Niko Corado was my buyers agent and as first time buyers, we were very lost on how the process worked. Niko helped negotiate a great price (we got under asking) and also obtain a sellers credit for repairs. He’s very knowledgeable, looked out for our interests, and responsive. His office team was also amazing and helped us coordinate everything (special shout out to Maria Rodriguez!!). We closed in 1 month after getting the signed contract.

I recently inquired about a property listed for rent on Redfin, contacting agent Gina Martina for more information. To my disappointment, Gina informed me during our conversation that the property had actually been rented out several months ago, yet it was still being advertised. This misleading information was frustrating as it wasted both my time and effort.
Additionally, when I expressed my concerns regarding the outdated listing, Gina responded rudely and terminated the call abruptly, which was both surprising and unprofessional. It is concerning that such practices are used, as they do not foster trust or credibility.

This agency is price gouging rentals during the LA fires. The agents doing so and this agency have been reported to the feds. 🖤
