It was a really bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone as this is a waste of time. The HR will first ask you to complete 2 hour assessment which has nothing to do with your application as you only do assessment once you are selected for the job. Even after completing the assessment they will ask you to insert needles into the hole which is again just a joke as no one ask you to do that during the recruitment process, and after that you will be given a pile of employment letter which you have to sign all pages which will eventually put smile on your face as you will be thinking I might be selected but the HR will give you a number to call every morning from 8:30 to 9 to keep your place in priority You will be waiting a lot longer time just waiting to see if you are selected but intact you will never be called which in my opinion is a total fraud

Met the owner and his wife the other night. Both very wonderful and polite people. Steve even went out of his way to help me out when he really didn’t have to.

You have so much more value than this place. Read this review, and run with it!!!! Disgustingly unprofessional and disrespectful staff. My husband was „hired” by this company to work for another company in Peterborough. Unfortunately during his first week he fell incredibly ill and I had to call in sick for him. A lady was on the phone as I did this, and she was incredibly rude saying it is a mistake to call in during your first week. I tell her that things happen, people get sick and it is the right thing to do as to not get other plantation members ill. ANY RESPECTABLE WORKPLACE UNDERSTANDS THIS!!! She scoffs and makes a snarky remark „Well make sure you keep him healthy so he doesn’t miss any more work.” Followed by a disrespectful „Buh byee.” The next day, just as he was about to leave for his shift the same woman, I wish to know her name, informed my husband that he had been replaced and to not show up. He asked if this was the companies decision or the staffing connection, and was told it was the staffing connection that did this. He said that he is going to contact the company and she yelled at him saying that is not within his rights and there is nothing he can do and they will no longer help him now because of his „mistake.” So tell me, how are you helping people by taking away their job when they are sick and there is nothing they can do? Even when the company they were hired to work for, had no issue with the call-ins? LOOK ELSEWHERE. ANYWHERE ELSE. I promise you, you will have a much easier time finding work on your OWN! Can’t wait to see this place shut down.
