Non-existent customer service-wont be back, unless enticed properly enticed.
Chasewoods is a pot shop located near the corner of Chase St. & Woodman Ave. where they share a small parking.lot with a carwash and a liquor store.
The Experience.
I visited this shop looking to buy a surprisingly difficult item to.ger in this day and age-pot. Specifically, pot plants aka “clones”. Only a few shops sell “sapling” pot plants, and many of those that do have a ridiculous minimum qty of plants you are required to purchase, 10-25 @ $15 to $25 each gets pricey. Also, who needs 25 pot plants in the back yard! After a lot of calling around I spoke with someone at this shop who said: the plants start at.under $10 each and there was no minimum qty for purchase. He also said to come in between 10 am and 7pm, because they were only sold between those hours. I decided to swing by the next day.
Getting There.
As mentioned, this shop is co-located with a carwash -which makes parking an adventure, good luck!
The Visit
With less than a month left until weed is available to anyone 21 and older, this shop has a pretty extensive ‘membership application’ . After filling it out and signing my cultivation rights away, I was allowed to enter the inner sanctum.
I asked about the plants which are behind the counter and was told that I would have to wait till a certain employee showed up. I mentioned that I had called the day before and was told to come in after 10, it was then after 11. The employee just shrugged.
As I waited, I began checking my emails when the guy that I first spoke to got my attention and told me I wasn’t allowed to use cell phones in thier shop. At first I thought he was joking- but he wasn’t. The audacity! As if my quiet web-surfing while I waited for those late employee was somehow disruptive!
It is difficult to entice a customer to walk thru your door, but to push them back out the door is just plain bad for business.
