Worse service ever.
Just came in to get some information regarding mail keys, said 2 words to the worker and she replied rude and arrogant. Even though the house is a Santa Cruz I got sent to Scotts Valley. I asked why and she replied to me super rude again, like if I was asking her for the presidents address. If they don’t want people to come to theirs office they should make their phone costumer service more helpful than what it is. It’s not like they are working for free.

The worst post office ever. I am expecting a package. Came home early from work to wait as it requires signature. At 1242pm i saw the mail man drop off mail. I went outside and he was already across the street. Shortly after i got a missed delivery attempt. The mail man is a liar, never attempted to deliver anything. This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks. Two other packages have been stolen, i fear its the mail man himself. Manager Samantha that was covering from SV stopped responding to my emails.

They lost my package immediately. Sent it back to the wrong address. I put in a missing mail request, which was difficult because the USPS app being defunct for years. They sent me an automated email each month for the next three months saying they haven’t started looking for it. Then the fourth month they said the request expired without ever having looked. I was disallowed from making a second request. I went in to the office and the angry woman who works there (see other reviews about her) told me the office has auctioned off my package and the whole thing was my fault.
If any one person had successfully done their job, there would be no problem. I essentially paid them to steal my package and sell it off to the highest bidder. I recommend using a private logistics company.
