I am consistently impressed by the outstanding support we receive from our home office! They are incredibly responsive and always provide the resources our branch needs to succeed. I am a Recruiter with Onin in Arkansas. I have now been with this amazing company for 8 months now. I have enjoyed being an oninnite, and I plan to stay. All my trainers when I first started were all very welcoming, supportive, and patient. It has been a very rewarding job. I love all the opportunities we have to help others grow and help empower them. After leaving a toxic workplace, I came to the office just looking for a job. A week later, I got a call about a staffing assistant position. I remember thinking, I’ve never done this before—can I do it?
