My first contact with this centre was October 2020 amd I was a little scared at first.
However straight away i was made to feel at home and I have since had a further 10 contacts at the centre.
The staff are very polite and very helpful.
Reports are true to what happens unlike some of the reviews I have read.
I would definitely recommend this centre to anyone I know.
My daughter enjoys the visits and she settled in very quickly due to the staff helping wherever they can.
The staff will go out of there way to make your visit enjoyable.

Today is my sons last contact session, I was very worried about bringing my son in to attend his sessions at beginning as I didn’t know what to expect. From the first session the ladies at nrs made my son and I feel very comfortable and welcome. We sat and discussed what the sessions would be like and how my child felt about it (he was very anxious and didn’t want to proceed) but after that initial conversation he felt comfortable enough to be left alone. Since then each session has gone smoothly and my son is very happy to communicate with the friendly staff there. I would recommend bringing some toys/games along as the rooms are comfortable but basic. Thanks to all the staff for their support and fasilities!

I had to attend this centre due to a court order and I must say the staff made me feel very welcome as I was slightly nervous as i didn’t know what to expect. When I entered the premises I was greeted by some friendly faces along with the procedures regarding covid 19 which were made clear. Everytime I attended I was greeted with a warm welcome and genuine goodbye when I departed.
Jill was supervising my contact and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed for my children. Also Sarah the centre manager was very helpful and assisted me when I had to light the cake for my sons birthday. The staff again all are very accommodating and when I wanted to leave my gifts in the reception area they moved them to a safe place while I moved my car.
Overall I felt very welcome when I was at the centre by the staff. A special mention to jill and Sarah for accommodating me during these uncertain times.
