We chose this service for its convenience—The Nanny Network interviewed us, created our job listing, found candidates, and sent them our way. We appreciated being able to review each nanny’s online resume and references before deciding who to interview. It was also a huge plus that The Nanny Network handled the background checks and drug screenings for us. We had the opportunity to meet and interview multiple nannies before selecting the perfect fit, and we never felt rushed during the process. The backup care option was another great feature, especially when our nanny had planned holidays. We’ve already recommended The Nanny Network to our friends and will absolutely use them again for our future childcare needs.

The Nanny Network has been a lifesaver for us. We only need care once a week, and their back-up care coordinator Steven has been the BEST to work with on making sure we have reliable, trustworthy care. The rare times any scheduling issues have come up (as they inevitably do!), he is always extremely expedient in trying his best to resolve them, and we always come out the other end feeling valued and taken care of as clients.
