The most challenging thing I have found when looking for child care is finding a business that understands the big picture. Unlike most companies, I am not just trusting them with my business, I am trusting them with my family. That takes a great deal of trust and thankfully Rita at Nanny Boutique is deserving of that trust.
Rita did a great job to listen and understand my family’s needs. She not only met but exceed expectations in the times we reached out to her for help with watching our son. I would expect to come home after a night out and see that all went well. The Nanny Boutique exceeded that expectation. Not only was all well when I came home, I didn’t once have to worry about what may or may not be going on at home while I was away.
Having someone to watch your child/children while you are away is what the business provides but Rita and Nanny Boutique go the extra mile by also providing peace of mind. I am happy recommend to others that they entrust their business and their family to them.

Nanny Boutique offers a superior caliber of childcare professionals, and Rita is simply the best at what she does. We have complete confidence in the company and peace of mind when we leave the kids at home for a night out. I can’t imagine calling anyone else to take care of our baby boy. We now have a second baby on the way, so I am sure we will be working with Nanny Boutique for years to come.

My family used the Nanny Boutique to find a nanny for our twins and soon to be third baby. Rita was very thorough and made the whole process easy. She sent us great candidates, already vetted and suited to our needs, who we then interviewed. We ended up hiring one of the candidates and could not be happier. She is a terrific nanny, one we hope to keep for a long time, and we could not have found her with out the help of Rita. Rita also does a great job of checking in and making sure you are happy with your nanny and the entire process. I highly recommend their services, especially for busy families who do not want the headache of weeding through ads on craigslist, sittercity, and the like.
