Feed Back from a candidate’s perspective –
Connell picked up my details from a previous application I had sent through to Monday Group, (when they say the will keep your details on file, they actually mean it). Before tabling the prospective opportunity, we had a conversation where Connell took the time to find out what was important to me in relation my career objectives and type of role that would suit me and my current family circumstance. This I believe is important not only ensure that opportunity aligns with the candidate goals, but it also establishes a level of trust between the candidate and the agent.
Timely communication is something that all candidates value when applying for new a new role, radio silence can be quite unsettling when waiting on the outcome of an interview. Connell kept me regularly updated on the progress of the application when unavoidable operational commitments had caused their client to postpone decisions.
