I’d say in my opinion that they are a pretty unprofessional agency. They contacted me last week after I had applied for one of the positions advertised.
They contacted me and asked if they could speak for just a few minutes regarding the application. I was busy with something but said I would phone back in 10-15 minutes. The worker said they were in until half 3.
I phoned back and nobody at the agency knew who I was and then mentioned something about Clare phoning and she would phone straight back.
After that I heard nothing from this agency. It’s unprofessional considering I am looking for work but they do things like this.

Staff can be very pleasant; sometimes you are given the “run-around” when trying to contact the right person for a specific enquiry/question re: your employment.
Ask searching questions about who your employer actually is if you get a job, never assume it is the agency, could well be an “umbrella” company.
