I’ve been using The Harvest Company for the past few months to help me harvest every couple weeks. Their team always shows up on time and ready to work! Also, I can call them whenever I need a few helping hands when things get busy around the farm. The owner and his crew are honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend The Harvest Company to any I-502 in WA.

I work for The Harvest Company. I gotta say it’s pretty well set up. Professional and to the point, very good work environments and relationships as well as descent pay with a very work competitive situation that sets you up to strive for success, while at the same time never feeling exhausted or underappreciated. The BEST stepping stone in the I-502 industry with the Harvard of marijuana eduction. Teaching us seed to jar. Not just to trim or to just pick leaves. Planting, picking, pruning, trimming,joint packing, all aspects of packaging, concentrate development, lessons in Washington State marijuana laws on the daily. Even down to humidity levels and room temperatures. If your considering begining work in the industry, start with THC(The Harvest Company). If your in search of Marijuana technicians and can’t guarantee full time labor, consider THC as your first and hopefully only choice.
