We are from out of town. We went to the corporate office (the one with the long zen type waterfalls out front). The woman behind the reception desk was very short with us and rude. Silver hair. Acted annoyed we came to the wrong place. She directed us to where we were supposed to go (The Hallmark Visitor’s center) but still seemed annoyed. Everyone at the actual Hallmark Visitor’s Center were very nice, though.

Raised prices and said cause of tarriffs, also claims to be 99.9% all products American made with American materials, So they raise prices and blame the laws that are ment to protect them from cheap foreign goods. I Will no longer use their cards even thru 3party sellers.
