Unprofessional. Archaic attitude. Looking only for the cheapest hire. Not evolved and not adapting to today’s employment environment ( covid/remote). Tried to bully me into an elevated title at the cost of a low ball salary. The position was for an antique technology but the low ball excuse was based on me not being ‘fresh and current’ as I have been a stay at home parent these past 4 years. How many quality candidates are being missed? Turned off by the unprofessional treatment. Not getting connected to the end employer.
