I have been working with Goodkind for about two years and have had them help place several great employees with our company. We recently had them help us place a driver who started on November 13th with a 90-day guarantee. Unfortunately, this employee is moving, and he gave two weeks’ notice on February 11th that he had to leave the role. Initially my partner at Goodkind was helping us find a new resource at no additional cost. We couldn’t find someone, so I then requested to get our money back. I was then told that since the employee gave two weeks’ notice and worked past the 90-day guarantee window they will no longer honor and refund the guarantee. I even spoke to the company’s owner Yuki Tsaroya who was extremely rude and condescending. I was speaking calmly to him, and he told me I was screaming at him. I said obviously you have never been screamed at before if you think this is screaming to which he replied “Yes, I’m the boss and nobody gets to scream at me.” My former partners at the company told me that it is his decision and there is nothing they can do.
I am warning anyone who is considering doing business with this company not to, as this was handled extremely unprofessionally. They are willing to sacrifice a solid business relationship for a couple of dollars. It was relayed to me that they don’t really care much about our business because they “have plenty of clients who they place people with all the time.” I will just give the folks at Goodkind a warning-if you keep treating your customers like this, that won’t last much longer.
