Store representative with the blonde hair had a bad demeanor from the moment we walked in. Then when I’m admiring the clothes on the mannequin, she decides to address us just to say something about not touching the mannequin. That’s fine, as I thought to correct her that I wasn’t touching it but rather looking at the pants material on the mannequin. She decides to retort back about that too… I decided to leave with my mother in law after, as we both felt uncomfortable with her attitude and responses. Even if you thought I was touching the mannequin, why not just be nicer to customers? The attitude and approach from the beginning was so unfriendly it became awkward and uncomfortable to stay any longer after that exchange. When we had entered the store and said the usual in store greetings, she barely acknowledged us, was very unwelcoming in her demeanor, and didn’t seem to want to help us in any way. Other stores in the grove have good products and friendlier customer service that make the shopping experience and interaction actually enjoyable. Maybe she was having a bad day but it really does affect the experience and desire to shop there

Absolutely gorgeous & unique clothing! Great customer service as well. This boutique is the whole package!!
