The Las Colinas post office is the secret gem of the DFW area postal system. Horace is a superb clerk who was extremely patient with my complicated mailing. It made for a stress-free experience.

The posted hours indicate that this location opens at 8:30 AM. Despite my arrival at the stated opening time and waiting until 8:50 AM, the office remained closed. This was particularly confusing as the parking lot was full of employee cars, suggesting that staff were on-site. This experience was inconvenient and disappointing, especially considering the clear discrepancy between the posted hours and the actual opening time.
