The worst delivery service! I live in downtown and my building has a contract with them, otherwise I would NEVER use their services again. A couple of weeks ago they lost a $60 package of mine (it’s not the first time they’ve lost our packages), first time I reached out after a day from delivery time, they said it will take time to process through their system. Second time I reached out after 24 hours they sent me an automated apology email, I had provided screenshots, tracking numbers and everything. They kept asking for the same information 3-4 times. Then they said they looked through their facility and couldn’t find it and it was probably amazon’s fault. I responded sending them screenshots and proof of delivery from amazon (which included: delivered at fetch facility- signed by Adam Smith). They still tried to blame it on amazon, although the delivery address in amazon doesn’t include the name of the facility, and certainly doesn’t include any “Adam Smith”. Then they transferred me to their refund department which asked for receipts and other information that I had submitted many times before. I immediately sent them all the info again, and it has now been more than a week and they stopped responding to any of my emails, I have sent them 5 follow ups so far and no response. They don’t have a phone number for a reason, they want to be able to ignore people and emails are certainly easier to ignore. Horrible service, unprofessional, and not trustworthy. This also seems to happen to more expensive packages too.

The Fetch service has become more of an inconvenience than a convenience. This apartment complex should seriously consider switching to package lockers. Residents have different schedules, and relying on Fetch means we’re forced to coordinate around their limited availability—which simply doesn’t work for everyone. Customer service is also lacking. I’ve emailed with straightforward questions, only to be met with vague or avoided responses. When I finally asked directly about a package that arrived at 5:10 PM, I was told it would be delivered the next day—despite their hours running until 6 PM. That’s unacceptable. To make matters worse, the tone of their reply was dismissive and sarcastic, offering fake positivity instead of acknowledging the actual concern. It felt like they didn’t care that I was frustrated. Going forward, I’ll make sure to ask if a community uses Fetch before leasing. If they do, that alone could be a deal-breaker. Property managers: if resident retention matters, it might be time to reconsider using Fetch.

They lost my packages the week before I left the country… (with camera equipment I needed for the trip). On top of that it took almost a WEEK for them to admit they were lost! Time wasted that I could’ve ordered the items again! I hate that I’m required by my building to PAY for a service that makes my life harder… I guess my apartment is to blame. I’m nervous every time I place an order now (this was not my first Fetch incident)… Fetch Dallas please learn how to run properly. I will also add as a tip: for any extra expensive/important packages you have, I recommend picking them up from the warehouse yourself. Yes, it’s incredibly inconvenient and honestly absurd, but it’s the only way to avoid at least some of the inevitable mess!
