I cannot say enough about TES! Karyn spoke with me for about 45 minutes in August and immediately knew which job would be perfect for me. Things came together and now I am in a position that is a terrific fit for me and the company.
Taking the time to listen and check in frequently is how they operate and on my first day I got the job I got a “good luck on your first day message.” Highly recommend!!!

Working with TES was truly a wonderful experience from my interview to my last day. TES was a great representative for me in the locations where I worked and always assisted me in finding the best places for me to work. TES Staffing is by far the best staffing agency in Rochester. I applied for a job and within 24 hours of applying, the VP Karyn called me for an interview. It was such an amazing finish from start to end. I am now in a job I truly love and it was all because Karyn gave me a chance. She is amazing to work with and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I just signed my offer letter for a permament job in the position I applied for and I am beyond happy. I can’t thank TES enough for what they did for me, the chance Karyn gave me truly changed my life.
