If I could give more stars I most definitely would!! I contacted DPI off of a posting on indeed. I worked with a dedicated woman to find me the best fit. Her comment to getting me back into the workforce was amazing! I was able to be placed into a roll with the State of Oregon. DPI works with people that have been out of the workforce for long periods of time, and people with disabilities. One woman I work with had a 20 year employment gap before DPI had her assigned at the same place I work at. Another womans contract ended at my place of employment on a Friday and she had a new contract position the following Monday with a city facility. No hoops to jump through. No first, second, third interviews prior to placement. Just great diligence to find the best employee employer match. I had support, active communication, and mass amounts of encouragement from the staff at DPI!! With their help I managed to move as a temporary employee to a permanent position with the State of Oregon a 20 year dream! Thank you DPI!

I have worked for DPI for almost 3 years. The leaders are very nice and caring. My boss especially goes above and beyond to help me and make sure I feel valued. I never have to be nervous to tell her anything or feel like my honesty will be met with discouragement. My opinions are valued and acted upon. My boss doesn’t rules over me but she still has good boundaries with our working relationship. We get many opportunities to voice our thoughts. That goes a long way. I have flexibility with doctors appointments which is a big deal to me since I have ongoing health issues. I think anyone would be lucky to work in this company.
