I was staying here after a major stroke and Andres, Yesina, Brandon and Bianca were the worst. I couldn’t walk or talk and they took advantage of that. I felt dehumanized. It was the worst experience ever and I was already going through it. The case manager is never there rehab doctors were a joke. The only people who stood out to me was Krista, my room mate and a few other morning nurses. Night was the worst. The nurses don’t give a crap at night. I have a lot to say but not enough space. I would give 0 stars if I could. The nice nurses kept me going. Thanks for that. I wanted to go home every day that’s how bad it is. If you take a loved one here you don’t really love them.

My Mother was here for 3 days, biggest mistake of my life. I tried to get her transferred and Mom said to wait😕 she was getting physical therapy and needed care as I was trying to get it all situated to take her home. Unfortunately she passed away, wish I could’ve acted quicker and bring her home or taken her somewhere else in the meantime☹️ something gives me the ick about this place.

DO NOT!!!!!!! Take your love one to this place.
The staff doesn’t follow doctors orders. My love one had to go to the ER because they made her ailment worse. They do not attend to patients as advertised, they just leave them there for hours on end soaked in their own urine and feces. Upon notice that my love one wasn’t coming back due to their neglect they threw everything in a box as if they were hurrying out of town. The supervisors and case managers are no where to be found or are always in meetings. The patients push buttons rings all the time with no response. They forget to feed patients, and don’t know what medications the patient is or not taking. WHO RUNS THIS PLACE???
