I was working with Jamie Houvig on an opportunity with BiBerk. After the third interview, he ghosted me. No response, no call back, no email, nothing. It clearly shows the lack of professionalism on the part of the Denzel Group and of BiBerk for being their client.

I did not know that there were dream jobs out there as I have been fermenting looking since 2020. I have been consulting since that time and was contacted by Vivian on this great opportunity and discussed my interest in this career choice. I will be starting on this great change of my career at the end of this month and it did have its challenges from remote interviews and feedback. The Denzel group’s patience on this journey was exceptional as its true super power is listening and their guidance. I have worked with many recruiters over the many years that got me “a job”, but, not really provided to me “a career” in my professional journey. That is something where that makes this an easy way to give five stars and sky high thumbs up.
